APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask for notice of cancelation or rescheduling at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your appointment booking, A credit card is required to schedule an appointment and by providing it you authorize its use for any fees due to late cancellations or no-shows.

• 48+ Hours Notice: No Fee

• Less Than 48 Hours Notice: 50% fee of the total cost of services booked, charged to the card on file.

• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: 100% fee of the total cost of services booked, charged to the card on file.

•  No-Call / No-Show: 100% fee of the total cost of services booked & future bookings are at the salon’s
discretion.

•  Illness / Emergency (less than 48 hours notice): 50% fee of the total cost of services booked, charged to the card on file. This fee will be credited toward your next appointment with the same service provider. Credits are valid for 12 months. No need to explain-just let us know it’s an illness or emergency. Please text, call or email us at for any late cancellations.

•  We absolutely understand that life happens and things change however, when an appointment is canceled with short notice it usually means we are unable to fill that vacancy with another booking and therefore your stylist goes without compensation.

We appreciate your time, thank you for appreciating ours and rescheduling with 48 hours notice.

ADDITIONALLY,

Although great care has been taken to provide you with exceptional service we cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items including, but not limited to hats, coats, eyeglasses, bags, jewelry, hair accessories(such as clips, hair extensions, wigs, and wefts) or any other personal possessions.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any person for any reason.

• Request a deposit or hold credit card information for future service

• Retain any said deposits due to non-performance of the client/customer. For example lack of cancellation notice prior to 48 hours before scheduled appointment.

Service Guarantee:

• Idéologie Salon does not issue refunds on salon services.

• Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon please notify your stylist within three days of your service.

• We will make every effort to take care of any issues as soon as possible.
